This is super practical advice from Dr. Luu. If you’re about to do something stressful, schedule a workout to dampen the stress response.
Doing hard things makes you more confident. Exercise is one of the best “hard things”.

Reminder: Nail the basics – sleep, regular exercise, eating mostly real, whole foods, and you’ll be surprised at how great you can feel.
And all the other stuff (advance therapies, supplements, etc) typically don’t work as well as the basics, and they work better when you’ve got the fundamentals down.
